Licence summary for automated readers: https://justified.gg/llms.txt ## Pharmaceuticals The **Pharmacist** (`/pharmacist`) is a production job that makes pills with healing and combat effects. The job gets messy with several beakers and jars. --- ## The Production Process ### Mix Chemicals Press **E** on a chemical jar to pick it, then press **E** on a **Beaker** and measure the pour. Add each chemical in the recipe's amount. ### Cook on the Bunsen Burner Place the beaker on a **Bunsen Burner**. A scorch bar fills while it cooks. Press **E** to stir and knock it back. The burner warns you with **STIR NOW**. ### Freeze It Move the hot beaker to the **Freezer**. Freezing takes half as long as cooking. ### Press into Pills Place the frozen beaker on the **Pill Press** and press **E** once. Then hit the three skill checks on the press to finish the bottle. ### Sell or Take Take your pill bottles to **The Nurse**, the Broker that buys pills, or keep them to take yourself. Pill bottles sell from the floor next to the Broker. Don't Forget to Stir! If the scorch bar fills, the batch stops cooking until you stir it again. Healing PillsCombat PillsSpecialty Pills ### Healing & Defensive Pills ### Aspirin (Level 0) **Effect:** +15% damage resistance for 60 seconds **Recipe:** - 250ml Salicylic Acid - 100ml Acetic Anhydride - 100ml Deionized Water **Notes:** Good beginner pill. Low overdose. ### Ibuprofen (Level 2) **Effect:** +40% damage resistance for 40 seconds **Recipe:** - 250ml Propionic Acid - 100ml Acetic Anhydride - 100ml Deionized Water ### Naproxen (Level 3) **Effect:** Heals 10 HP every 4 seconds for 40 seconds (100 HP total) **Recipe:** - 250ml 2-Naphthol - 100ml Acetic Anhydride - 100ml Deionized Water ### Prednisone (Level 11) **Effect:** +25% damage resistance for 150 seconds **Recipe:** - 250ml Selenium Dioxide - 100ml Progesterone - 100ml Deionized Water ### Diamorphine (Level 16) **Effect:** Heals 15 HP every 4 seconds and +20% damage resistance for 40 seconds **Recipe:** - 250ml Heroin Base - 100ml Acetone - 100ml Deionized Water ### Morphine (Level 18) **Effect:** Heals 20 HP every 4 seconds for 20 seconds (100 HP total) **Recipe:** - 250ml Opium - 100ml Acetone - 100ml Deionized Water --- ## Formulation Once a mix is finished, you can pour up to **3 extra doses** of chemicals into it before cooking. Each chemical adds a trait to the pills, such as longer effects, a stronger effect, less overdose, or something silly like a big head or glowing. Traits make the pills worth more. From level 20, some chemicals react with a trait already in the mix and turn it into a rarer one. --- ## Production Tips ### Run both burners You can cook two batches at once. Keep both burners going. ### Use several beakers Mix the next batch while others are cooking or freezing. ### Watch the stirring The burner needs regular attention. If you step away, your batch stalls. ### Freezing takes time Use the freeze time to prep more batches. ### Start with Aspirin Simple recipe, quick process. Good for learning the workflow. --- ## Overdose Warning Watch Your Overdose Meter! Every pill adds to your overdose. At **100% you die**. The meter shows on your HUD and drains over time. Naloxone brings it down fast. Effects of the same type don't stack. Taking the same pill again refreshes its time and still adds overdose. A pill that would do nothing isn't taken at all. --- ## Common Problems ### My batch stopped cooking **Cause:** The scorch bar filled because you didn't stir. **Solution:** Press E on the burner to stir and it carries on. ### Can't add more chemicals to the beaker **Cause:** The beaker is full, or you're adding the wrong chemical. **Solution:** Check the recipe and make sure you have the right chemicals and amounts. ### Can't make that pill **Cause:** Your Pharmacist level is too low. **Solution:** Make easier pills to level up. ### Pill Press not working **Cause:** The beaker isn't frozen yet. **Solution:** Make sure the beaker went through the freezer first. ### Overdosed after taking a pill **Cause:** Your overdose meter hit 100%. **Solution:** Watch the meter on your HUD and take Naloxone when it gets high. --- ## Quick Reference | Pill | Best For | Key Effect | | - | - | - | | **Aspirin** | Beginners | +15% damage resistance | | **Ibuprofen** | Tanking | +40% damage resistance | | **Naproxen** | Healing | 100 HP over time | | **Adrenaline** | Bursts | Speed, jump and damage | | **Steroids** | Combat | +20% damage | | **Naloxone** | Safety | Lowers overdose | | **Vitamins** | Support | Everything a little | | **Corticosteroid** | Utility | Doubles buff time | | **Prednisone** | Defence | Long damage resistance | | **Dianabol** | Mobility | +30% speed and jump | | **Boldenone** | Breaching | Damage and resistance | | **Anadrol** | Max damage | +50% damage | | **Diamorphine** | Long fights | Healing and resistance | | **Morphine** | Emergencies | Fast healing |
