All commands on Justified DarkRP are typed in chat (press Y or U ), not in the console. Every command starts with /. Type /help in game to see the commands you can use right now.

The wand jobs can buy spells and wands with /buy and the spell's name in lower case with no spaces or hyphens, for example /buyprotego, /buyalohomora, /buybombarda or /buydarkwand. The full list is in your F4 menu.
