Our server tracks your progress on two kinds of ladder: your Character level, and a separate level for each job you play. The more you do, the more you unlock.
How It Works
Earn XP by playing. Jobs, sales and activities all give experience
Level up when you reach the XP for the next level
Unlock content. Higher levels open jobs, recipes, gear and perks
Character Level
Your Character level goes up to 60.
| Source | XP |
|---|---|
| Playtime | A passive award every 10 minutes |
| Job Work | Half of the XP you earn on your job ladders also goes to your Character |
| Player Kills | 10 XP each |
Some jobs need a Character level. For example, Gun Dealer and Hitman need level 4, and the Mayor and every police job need level 5.
Prestige
At Character level 60 you can prestige, up to 10 times. Each prestige costs money, resets your Character level, and gives you a cash reward and a new title.
Job Levels
Every job has its own ladder of 60 levels. Your job level unlocks that job's better recipes, products and machine upgrades. Each job guide lists what yours unlocks.
Some jobs need a level on another ladder. The Industrial Chemist, for example, needs Meth Cook level 10.
Talk to Ambrose, the Perk Dealer: his Ladders tab shows every level on every ladder and what it gives you.
