Terms of Service
What you agree to by playing on Justified or using justified.gg.

Who We Are
KORDU LTD operates Justified, a Garry's Mod DarkRP server, and the website at justified.gg. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean KORDU LTD.
KORDU LTD is a private limited company, number 16836154, registered in England and Wales. The registered office is First Floor Office, 3 Hornton Place, London W8 4LZ. The game server is hosted in Amsterdam. Players may join from anywhere.
These terms apply when you play on the server or use the site. If you do not accept them, do not play on the server or use the site.
Your Account
You sign in with Steam. Your SteamID is your account and cannot be transferred or unlinked.
You must be 13 or older to have an account, and 16 or older to buy from the store.
You are responsible for everything done through your account. Do not share it, sell it, or buy someone else's.
Server Rules
The rules apply in game, on the site and in our Discord. Breaking them can result in a warning, a kick, a mute or a ban, depending on the breach. Discord's own terms also apply in Discord.
Your Uploads
You keep ownership of the screenshots, gang emblems and comments you post. Uploading them does not transfer your copyright to us.
For each screenshot and emblem you upload, you grant KORDU LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it in any media and for any purpose, including on the website, on the server loading screen, and in our promotional and commercial material (for example Discord posts, store pages, trailers and advertising). The licence includes the right to edit, resize, crop and compress the file, to credit you by name, and to sub-license these rights to services acting on our behalf. Comments are licensed for display on the website only.
You can withdraw a screenshot or emblem by emailing abuse@justified.gg. We then delete the file from our storage, ask our network to drop cached copies, and make no new use of it. Material we have already produced with it, such as a published trailer, is not withdrawn, and copies already saved by others may remain. You can delete your own comments on the site.
By uploading or commenting you confirm that you created the content or have permission from whoever did, and that publishing it does not infringe anyone's rights.
Dupes
You keep copyright in work you created. For every copy of a save that reaches our servers, you grant KORDU LTD a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, modify, display, distribute and sub-license it, including through the dupe marketplace.
You can delist a dupe at any time. We then stop offering it for new purchases. Copies already sold or shared stay with the players who hold them, and we keep the uploaded file while it is needed to support those copies or for abuse records.
Purchases on the in-game marketplace use in-game money and are not a sale of property.
Only save work you have the right to put on our servers.
The Store
Paid ranks (VIP, MVP, Premium) are sold through Tebex at justified.tebex.io. Tebex is the merchant of record for that checkout: it processes the payment and accounts for VAT. Card and billing details stay with Tebex. Tebex's terms apply to the payment. We are responsible for delivering the rank on Justified and for moderation decisions such as bans, mutes and wipes.
You must be 16 or older to buy. Players aged 13 to 15 can play and use the site, but cannot buy a rank.
Buying a rank grants the listed perks on Justified. It does not make in-game money, items or progress your property.
Once a rank or other digital content has been delivered to your account, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, for no longer playing, for bans or mutes, for lost items or progress, or for server crashes or resets.
A mute or a temporary ban does not remove a paid rank. A permanent ban for a serious breach of these terms or the rules can. We do not refund in that case, except where the law requires it.
If we permanently stop supplying a paid rank or service, we will provide any refund the law requires. For UK consumers, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies if digital content is faulty, not as described, or we had no right to supply it.
Distance purchases carry a 14-day cancellation right unless you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose that right. Tebex's published checkout terms describe that waiver for EU customers. If you are a UK consumer and the checkout did not collect that consent and acknowledgement, the 14-day right still applies. Statutory claims can be made through Tebex or by emailing abuse@justified.gg.
A fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute can lead to account closure. Exercising a genuine statutory refund or chargeback right will not.
What You Cannot Upload
Do not upload anything you do not have the right to publish. Illegal content is prohibited regardless of who made it. This applies to screenshots, emblems, comments and dupes.
Examples, not a full list:
- Someone else's work, without their permission
- Anything that identifies a real person: a name, an address, a phone number, an IP address, a face, or a chat log carrying any of those
- Anything impersonating staff, another player or another gang
- Pornography
- Content promoting suicide, self-harm or eating disorders
- Anything illegal
Moderation
A staff member reviews every screenshot and every gang emblem before it is published. Comments from accounts with enough playtime can appear immediately. Dupes can be listed without prior review. We can reject, hide or remove any content after publication.
New uploads are automatically matched against files we have previously removed for abuse, so a removed file cannot be uploaded again. If an upload is illegal, we delete the file, ban the account and keep that match. We report it where the law requires.
To appeal a removal, a ban, a mute or the loss of upload access, email abuse@justified.gg within 30 days, explaining what happened and why you believe the decision was wrong. One appeal per decision. An appeal is not a refund and does not restore items or progress.
If we take down your content, or suspend or ban you, in breach of these terms, you can bring a claim against us for breach of contract.
Copyright Complaints
If your work appears on the site without your permission, email abuse@justified.gg with:
- A link to the page it appears on
- A description of the work and where the original can be found
- Proof that you own it or act for the owner
- Your name and an address we can reply to
We take the file down or hide it while we investigate. If three complaints against you are upheld, you permanently lose upload access. A complaint counts as upheld once any appeal under Moderation has been decided.
In-Game Money, Items and Progress
Money, items, inventory, levels, ranks, dupes and other progress in Justified are not property and have no monetary value outside the game. We may wipe, remove, reset or change any of them at any time, including when you are banned or muted, or when the server is reset or shut down. None of it may be sold for real money.
Closing Your Account
You can stop using Justified at any time. Email abuse@justified.gg to close your account or to withdraw a screenshot or emblem. Closing the account does not refund store purchases. Dupes already on our servers remain licensed as set out under Dupes.
We can suspend or close your account, remove your uploads and block your access if you break these terms or the rules.
Availability
We do not promise that the server or the site will stay up, or that your account, progress, items, uploads or ranks will be preserved.
If the server crashes or resets, or if you are banned, muted or otherwise lose access because you broke these terms or the rules, we do not refund real money, restore items or progress, or reimburse you, except where the law requires it. If we permanently close Justified or stop supplying a paid rank, we will provide any refund the law requires.
Justified, its site and its desktop app are independent and are not made, endorsed or supported by Valve or Facepunch Studios. Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of Valve Corporation in the U.S. and/or other countries. Garry's Mod belongs to Facepunch Studios.
Liability
We are not liable for losses that were not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these terms, including lost income, lost data, lost in-game items or progress, or loss caused by relying on another player.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Changes
We can change these terms for a valid reason: a change in the law, a change in how the service works, or a security or abuse problem. We update the date at the top and announce significant changes in the Discord before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, stop using Justified and email abuse@justified.gg to close your account.
A screenshot already uploaded keeps the licence version recorded against it. New uploads are licensed under the version on this page. The licence on a dupe already stored on our servers continues as set out under Dupes.
Governing Law
The law of England and Wales governs these terms, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of the country you live in.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, we can only bring a claim against you in the courts of that country. If you live outside England and Wales, nothing in these terms takes away the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
