Double or Nothing is a high-stakes machine where you keep doubling your money until you cash out or lose everything.
High Risk
This game can make you rich or wipe out your bankroll instantly. Only play with money you're willing to lose.
How It Works
Find a machine. The Casino Manager places Double or Nothing machines around the map
Buy in. Aim at the machine and press E. The screen shows the buy-in
Double. Keep holding E to keep doubling. Release or look away to stop
Cash Out. Aim at the CASH OUT button and press E to collect your winnings
The Mechanics
Every press either doubles what you have or busts.
- If you win, your total doubles
- If you lose, you lose everything on that game
- Holding E through a loss starts another paid game
Example progression:
- Win 1: 2x your buy-in
- Win 2: 4x your buy-in
- Win 3: 8x your buy-in
- Win 4: 16x your buy-in
- ...and so on
Each win doubles your payout, but one loss resets you to zero.
Strategy
Decide before you start how many doubles you're aiming for. When you hit that number, cash out.
A loss takes everything, and the more you push, the more likely you lose.
"Just one more double" is how everyone loses. Set a target and stick to it.
Holding E keeps doubling, and keeps buying in again after a loss. Let go as soon as you want to stop.
Common Mistakes
You must aim at the CASH OUT button. Pressing E on the machine body doubles your bet.
Holding E through a loss buys you into another game. Release it to stop.
Lost a big bet? Don't gamble more to win it back. Take a break.
Only gamble money you can spare. Don't bet your printer money or base funds.
