Zeal SWAT — "Winter Ops"

They're the first wave. The ones who go in before the heavy armor arrives. White camo for the cold, dark goggles for the breach.

The Story

Zeal Division's standard unit—not elite enough for the fancy armor, too skilled to be regular SWAT. They draw fire. They survive. Mostly.

They're the ones who don't get names. The Zeal Division runs on heavy armor and elite operatives—the Bulldozers, the Cloakers, the Ironclads. But someone has to be first through the door. Someone has to draw fire.

That's the Zeal SWAT. The expendable ones. The ones who signed up thinking they'd be elite, and found out they're just the first wave.

The Wound

They're the ones who don't get names. The Zeal Division runs on heavy armor and elite operatives—the Bulldozers, the Cloakers, the Ironclads. But someone has to be first through the door. Someone has to draw fire.

That's the Zeal SWAT. The expendable ones. The ones who signed up thinking they'd be elite, and found out they're just the first wave.

The Fear

Being forgotten. Being just another number. Dying in the line of duty and having nobody remember their name because they weren't wearing the fancy armor.

The Cope

Move fast. Stay together. Trust your squad. The heavy armor operators need someone to scout ahead and draw fire. That someone is you. Make peace with it.

The Want

To prove they're not expendable. To show that the "standard" unit can be just as effective as the elite. To earn the respect of the operators in the heavy armor.

The Need

To accept that being "standard" doesn't mean being worthless. That the first one through the door is the bravest, not the least important. That survival is its own medal.

The Hook

A heavy operator went down during a raid. The Zeal SWAT had to finish the mission alone. They succeeded—but now command is asking questions about how the Ironclad died. The official story doesn't match what actually happened.
