Hitman contracts and a weapon carry limit

Work on the rebuilt Justified begins to show. First up: contracts.
Hitman contracts
A new payphone lets you put a bounty on another player. Pick the target and the currency (Cash, Bits or Shards). Pay extra for conditions like headshot only, melee only, or a faster kill.
Weapon carry limit
How many weapons you can carry at once is now capped. Higher ranks can carry a few more.
