Hitman perks, chat tags, text screens by rank

New hitman perks, tidier chat, and more text screens for paid ranks.
Hitman
- New perks: Overtime, Sixth Sense and Cold Trail.
- Contract card: A new HUD card with a live countdown.
Chat
- Lines in a row from one player sit under one header.
- Bolder tags and names.
- Wear a lower rank's chat tag if you prefer it.
F4
- Quick buy: More ways to buy fast, all with a confirm step you can turn off per item.
- Hover: Items you can't buy say why.
- Search: Start typing to search.
Other changes
- Text screens: Paid ranks can place more.
- Trashman: Collect from trash props on the map.
- Honey Badger: Aims through a real red dot.
- Gang territory card: Fades out when things are quiet.
- AFK: Clears as soon as you move.
- Tools: Picking up some job tools no longer glitches your view model.
