Mia talks properly, a bigger market, new ATM and bank menus

Mia gets a proper conversation, the market comes alive, and the ATM is rebuilt.
Mia
Mia now talks to you face to face, with reply buttons instead of a wall of text. She walks you from step to step, opens the arrival portals once you've said hello, and points out districts you haven't visited yet.
Referrals and Justified Drops
- Referrals: Type
/invitedbyand the name of whoever brought you. Play for a week and you both get paid. - Justified Drops: While a linked streamer is live, drops appear in the city for their viewers to collect.
The market
Far more market events, so prices keep moving. A hot broker stays marked on your screen, some jobs can post their own market orders, and contracts show on your HUD.
Community goals
Community goals come round far more often and reward everyone online with a Store booster.
ATM and bank
- ATM: A proper menu with your own bank card.
- Bank counter and Bank Manager desk: Rebuilt.
- Transfers: Send money to an offline player by card number.
- Buttons: Easier to read across every menu.
Jobs and combat
- Retro Miner: Better ores give more XP, and more belts.
- Job levels: City Worker, Gold Digger and Pizza Chef go to level 60.
- Character XP: No longer pays for farming the same player.
- Wand: Several spells rebalanced.
- Mugging: A moment of grace if your target steps out of your aim.
Fixes
- Meth lab: Several stuck machines fixed, and the opium heater is quieter.
- Coworkers: Can finish each other's dropped stock.
- Gears: The large gear props can be spawned.
- Reports: You're told what happens to your report.
