Market events, the wardrobe in the store, a new loading screen

Market events move prices, the store becomes your wardrobe, and a lot of fixes.
Store, Black Market and Unboxing
- Cosmetics: The Cosmetics tab is your full wardrobe. Try on, wear, summon pets and adjust the fit.
- My titles: One switcher for your title slots.
- Black Market: Easier to read item stats.
- Unboxing: Payment choice sits next to the total.
- Knife crates: Every knife you pull is yours to keep. Two crates are renamed: Off the Books and Redacted.
City economy
- Market events: Events now shake up the city, from police crackdowns to demand spikes, and every active event shows on your HUD.
- More events: Every tradeable good has its ups and downs.
- Mayor elections: The Election Clerk announces each stage. Withdraw early and you get your fee back.
- Mayor: Dying no longer costs you the job, except at the police station during a raid.
Loading screen
A new full-screen loading page.
Jobs and machines
- Bitminers: No longer fly off when you replug a cable. Fuel gauges read correctly.
- Recycler: Takes partial loads.
- Botnet wallets: Keep their coins when picked up.
- Reconnecting: No longer deletes your production equipment.
- Pills: Tooltips list their effects, and active effects count down on your HUD.
- Inventory: Backpack swaps and holstered ammo work properly.
Other changes
- Stun gun: Won't fire on dead or noclipping targets.
- Props: Shared floors no longer turn intangible.
- Third person: Rewritten so it doesn't clip through walls. Its settings are in Settings.
- Voice indicator: Shows the talker's avatar and name.
- Geminio: Refuses map doors and built-in props.
- F4 level: Shows your real level and prestige.
