Bram's shop, glowing loot and creature allies

Spend what you hunt, and bring a friend from the other side.
New
- Bram's shop: In the Slayer menu. Trade materials for medkits, antitoxin, bait and more.
- Charms: Craft a charm for each Slayer at Bram.
- Use materials: Straight from your inventory.
- Allies: Bugbait turns antlions to your side, and a Brood Heart raises a pet headcrab.
- Loot: Drops glow on the ground and only you can pick them up. The best ones shine a beam.
- Material icons: Every material has its own icon.
Slayer
- Your boss: Only you can hurt the Slayer boss you summoned, and the boss bar shows whose it is.
- Menu: The Slayer and Bestiary menus are cleaner and no longer clip.
Fixes
- Creatures: No more hits through walls. They get stuck far less, give up on players they can't reach, and don't march off railings.
- Sounds: Fixed looping sounds that kept playing after a creature stopped.
- The Brute: Gives you time to run back after a wipe.
