Auction lengths, solid cameras and a paycheck fix

Choose how long your auctions run, and paychecks always pay out.
Auction house
- Auction length: Choose how long a listing runs.
- Announcements: New listings are announced in chat.
- Refunds: Fixed an outbid player sometimes not being refunded.
Factorian
- The research tree walks you through building a production line first.
- Paid ranks get extra machines.
- Machines keep your ownership while you're offline.
Building and world
- Cameras and text screens: Now solid.
- Job outfits: Update straight away when you change job.
- Seats: Standing up puts you back where you sat.
Fixes
- Paychecks: No longer fail when the city vault is full.
- Joining: Server content is split into smaller downloads, so it's less likely to time out.
- Stuck menus: Now ask you to reopen them instead of crashing your game.
- Dropped items: Big piles no longer stop you interacting with things.
- Join and leave messages: No longer clutter chat.
- Retro Miner: The Builder can sell back every module.
Balance
Retro Miner, lean, the bitminer rack and the spell shop were rebalanced. The bitminer rack has new upgrades.
