Territory XP, the Mayor job restored, a new disconnect screen

Gangs level from the fight, and losing connection gets a proper screen.
Gangs and territory
- XP from territory: Gangs earn XP by holding, taking and defending districts.
- Veterancy: Reputation is now called Veterancy.
- Treasury: Deposits and withdrawals are instant.
- Rent and upgrades: Rebalanced.
Mayor
The Mayor job works again, from winning the election to the desk and wanted list.
Disconnect screen
A new screen tells you what went wrong, reconnects you automatically with a countdown you can cancel, and can shrink to a small pill.
Crates
- Opening from your inventory shows the right crate.
- Knives no longer show blank.
- Fixed crate payouts on a few crates.
- Rare pulls no longer bunch up in chat.
Ranks
The rank page compares every perk for all six ranks in one table.
Fixes
- Blood Lab: Vomit hurts, and DNA saves.
- City Worker: Tasks come back after a map cleanup.
- Metal detector: Recharges while holstered.
- Lockpicking: Makes you wanted again.
- Quick buy: Uses the key you've bound.
- Stun gun: Charges can be bought.
- Marketplace: Wishlist alerts check all your searches.
- Orbital strike: Works again.
- IEDs: Primary fire plants, secondary fire detonates.
- Chat replies: Quote the right message.
- Fixed issues with vending machines, vault heists and Pizza Chef fridges.
